  • Certain products, such as perishable goods, gift cards, and downloadable software, are exempt from being returned and refunded.

  • To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@pipsterandco.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a detailed reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation or images.

 

3. Approval and Return Instructions:

  • Our customer service team will review your refund request and notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

 

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

 

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
